It is a good investment of time and money. We were impressed by the scope of material covered in
twelve weeks. Natural childbirth was a new concept for Tory, he approached it with an open mind and
the class has really changed his thinking. It takes the mystery out of childbirth and helps prepare you
for what's to come. It also reiterates the role a father plays in pregnancy and birth.

I would definitely recommend this class to other fathers-to-be. You can learn a lot about coaching
from the handouts and books. But practicing in class and watching others was very important. The full
benefits of the class come from a personal commitment and involvement in preparing for birth by
doing the research, practicing relaxation, and labor rehearsals.

Before taking this class we knew we wanted a natural birth but didn't know how to prepare. The class
empowered us to know how to make decisions and made us feel secure in our choices. There is
real value in taking a course because you meet and interact with other pregnant couples and you can
ask questions, which is not possible with a book. The activities really brought the message home.
